Day 2: PME Professional Course

We did very detailed work today...we created "collars" for the top and base of our cake using a pattern and royal icing. I piped a lattice design with royal icing then thinned the royal icing with water to create the color flow. I filled in the design with the color flow to create a smooth "plaque" which will dry completely in about 2 days. I will post my completed cake in a couple of days after my design dries!
