Day 1: PME Professional Diploma Course

Today was the first day of the "Royal Icing & Piping Module". There are 10 students in my class (including me!). We reviewed some basic skills like icing a smooth cake with butter cream frosting, piping straight lines, control when writing on a cake, making roses, sweet peas, daisies, chrysanthemums, leaves, shell borders, etc. Nothing too exciting.
