Cupcake Tower

I have not posted in quite some time now but what better place to pick back up than with my baby shower cupcake tower! The topper is an 8" round german chocolate cake. The stand holds 6 dozen cupcakes:

yellow butter/buvarian cream filling/buttercream icing
chocolate/fudge filling/buttercream icing
red velvet/cream cheese icing
carrot cake/cream cheese icing

Each cupcake is topped with a handmade gumpaste water lily and lily pad.

Graduation Cupcakes

One dozen yellow butter and one dozen chocolate cupcakes created for my son's class. The smiley faces are made with yellow candy melts. 

Easter Cupcakes

These are rum cupcakes with a fondant daisy on top.

Strawberry and white cupcakes put together in the shape of a giant cupcake then iced with buttercream. Decorated to coordinate with plated and napkins. Cherry is made with red fondant.
