I want those shoes!

This cake was for a 21st birthday. The shoeboxes are 2-layer 1/4 sheet cakes covered in fondant with fondant accents (circles and diamonds). The shoes are hand molded using gumpaste.

I calculated that if I do two more cakes like this, I can get those zebra striped Christian Louboutin Shoes...orders anyone? LOL!!!

These cakes are for 10 year old boy and girl twins. Football jersey for the boy and The Bratz cheerleader for the girl!

Tiffany Blue topsy turvey cake with fondant stripes, hearts and bow. The bottom layer is 9" and the top is 6".

This is a 1/2 sheet yellow cake with strawberry filling...yumm...i mean to the cake flavor and filling!

Gone Fishin' Groom's Cake

This groom LOVES to fish. I hand molded gumpaste fish, ducks, snakes, grass, cattails, frogs, lily pads and lily flowers for this cake. The water is created with piping gel and the dirt is crumbled up german chocolate cake. The cake was german chocolate with coconut-pecan filling and iced with chocolate buttercream...YUMMY!

Pearls and Lace Wedding Cake

This cake has alternating tiers of cornelli lace and edible pearls which I hand rolled out of fondant (approximately 1200!!!) then covered with edible pearl dust after they dried. It was definitely worth it...I LOVE this cake and so did the bride!
