Optimus Prime Cake

This is a 1/2 sheet yellow cake with buttercream icing. I drew Optimus Prime on top and filled him in using #14 star tip.

Elegant Cross Wedding

This is a 4 tier wedding cake...the top two tiers are carrot cake and the bottom two are Italian Creme Cake. All layers have a cream cheese pecan filling and iced with cream cheese frosting. Each tier has a navy fondant ribbon border and I hand painted the crosses on the front which matched the wedding invitations.

Forty Years Old

This is 1/2 sheet yellow cake with buttercream icing. Silver details are hand painted with edible silver luster dust.

Federal Judge Cake

I did this cake for a judge celebrating his 10 year anniversary as a judge. The court seal on the cake is piped with buttercream icing and the banner on the bottom is made with fondant.

This is a full sheet yellow cake for a little girl celebrating her 9th birthday.

I want those shoes!

This cake was for a 21st birthday. The shoeboxes are 2-layer 1/4 sheet cakes covered in fondant with fondant accents (circles and diamonds). The shoes are hand molded using gumpaste.

I calculated that if I do two more cakes like this, I can get those zebra striped Christian Louboutin Shoes...orders anyone? LOL!!!
