Black Designer Stencil Wedding Cake

This is a 3-tier (6"-9"-12") red velvet wedding cake with buttercream icing. I used a stencil to created the beautiful black piping around each tier.

  1. could i ask what BC recipe you used for the base as well as the stenciling? i have been trying intricate stenciling on my cake with crusted BC base and thin-med consistency for stencil and it will NOT come out!

    yours looks fantastic - any advice would be greatly appreciated!
