Barbie Tinkerbell

I made Tinkerbell's clothes out of fondant then placed them on a Barbie doll. She is on a 2-layer 10" round chocolate cake and surrounded by yellow cupcakes filled with bavarian cream and topped with gumpaste butterflies.

Black Designer Stencil Wedding Cake

This is a 3-tier (6"-9"-12") red velvet wedding cake with buttercream icing. I used a stencil to created the beautiful black piping around each tier.

iCarly Themed Cake

I colored buttercream icing to coordinate with the iCarly napkins and used it to create the background on this large 1/2 sheet yellow cake with strawberry filling.

G.I. Joe Dogtag

I carved a 1/4 sheet white cake in the shape of a dogtag then coverd with fondant. I airbrushed the fondant with edible silver food coloring then added black fondant cutout letters on top. The bieads are made with fondnat then airbrushed with silver food coloring.

Butterfly Cake

This is a 1/2 sheet yellow cake carved to resemble a butterfly.

Roller Skate Cake

I carved a yellow cake into the shape of a roller skate then placed on a 1/2 sheet cake. The wheels, laces, stopper and pom-pom are made with fondant.

Baby Shower Petit Fours

These are 2"x2" petit fours....one dozen white and one dozen chocolate. Each are topped with a nursery item created with a gumpaste cutter.

Princess Cake

This is a 2 tier (8"-12") cake created for a little Valentine's Day Princess who is turning one!

Dallas Cowboy Helmet

3D helmet made with two 9" round and cake baked in 9" pyrex bowl. The face guard is made with gumpaste.

Pink with Chocolate Bow

Another topsey turvey cake with cholate bows and accents made with fondant.

Little Slugger Teddy

The bear was made with the 3D Bear Pan then placed on a 2-layer 14" round marble cake. Nursery items made with a gumpaste cutter surround the botton tier.

I also created coordinating cupcakes shaped into a bat and ball.

Martini Glass

This is a 1/2 sheet white cake with buttercream icing. The apple martini was created with piping gel colored with green food color.

Baby In a Crib

Here is another rendition of the "Teddy Bear in a Crib" cake. I created a baby which coordinated with the invitations by hand molding fondant. The hood and bed are yellow cake and the blanket is made with fondant.
