3D Nikon Camera Cake
1/2 sheet yellow butter and 1/2 sheet chocolate cake sliced horizontally, then stacked to create a 4-layer cake. Then, I carved the cake to resemble a camera, iced in buttercream and covered with fondant. All accents are created with fondant then the cake was airbushed with black food color.

This is an italian cream 1/2 sheet cake cut in half then carved into the number "95" for my gramdmother! The cake is iced with cream cheese icing and buttercream roses.

Kit Kat
3-tier (6"-8"-10") italian cream cake with cream cheese icing and fondant accents. The "KK" topper is made with gumpaste. The mommy is carrying twin girls whose nick names will be "Kit" & "Kat"...how cute!

Two 1/4 sheet italian cream cakes with cream cheese icing carved into letters "N" & "P" for a graduating Nurse Practitioner from Praivieview A & M. Pill bottle, pills, bandages and stethoscope made with fondant and gumpaste.

6" round yellow cake with cream cheese icing covered with fondant. Fondant is quilted and airbrushed with black food color. The Chanel flower is made with gumpaste.

Shopping Bag and Credit Cards
Large 1/2 sheet yellow butter cake sliced in half then stacked. Cake is iced in buttercream with fondant accents. The credit cards are made with gumpaste.
Another Pooh Bear
1/2 sheet marble cake carved to resemble Pooh Bear. I used the scraps to build up the nose...iced the cake in buttercream and covered with tip #18 stars.
Topsey Turvey Zebra/Butterfly theme
This is a 2-tier (7"-10") yellow butter cake iced with buttercream. The zebra stripes are made with fondant and the butterflies and fashion assecories around top tier are made with gumpaste.
Playing Cards on the Beach
1/2 sheet yellow cake iced with buttercream. The "sand" is sprinkles of graham cracker crumbs. The "water" is aqua-colored piping gel and the sea shells are made with modeling chocolate. The playing cards are made with gumpaste. I used an edible food marker to write the card details.
Mother's Day Cake
2-layer 9" round white cake with brown buttercream iced using basketweave technique. The daisies are made with gumpaste and modeling chocolate centers.

Asian Themed Graduation Cake
1/2 sheet yellow cake iced in buttercream then airbrushed with red food coloring. The fortune cookie, fan and cherry blossoms are made with gumpaste. The cherry blossom branches are made with modelling chocolate. The yellow piping is the chinese symbol for "love".
Camel Cake
This is a 1/2 sheet yellow cake carved into the shape of a camel then an edible image of mom & daughter placed in hump. The camel represents Saudi Arabia.
Madison Marlin #15 Cake
This is a 1/4 sheet yellow cake cut in half then #1 & #5 carved from each half then iced in blue buttercream. I made a stencil of the marlin and used red buttercream to plae them on top of the numbers.
