Scooby Doo!

I created this 2 tier (7"-9") yellow cake for my son's 5th Birthday Party! Thanks to Boomerang Network on cable...he LOVES Scooby Doo throwback cartoons!

Shoe Cakes

These cakes were done for an organazation called "Stepping Into Shoes: Can You Fit Them?" They mentor young girls ages 12-18 yrs. old.

Chocolate and Teal Present Cake

Another version of the "present sheet cake" with bow made from modeling chocolate.

Pooh Bear

I carved a 1/4 sheet yellow cake and used the scraps to build up the nose. I covered the entire cake with buttercream icing using #18 star tip.

Disco Themed 40th Birthday

3-tier cake iced in buttercream for disco themed 40th Birthday. Number 40, disco silhouettes, disco balls, and peace signs cut out with gumpaste.

Pink and Silver Present

Large 1/2 sheet cake (yellow/chocolate) with fondant bow sprayed with edible silver airbrush coloring done for 50th Birthday

Jungle Print

2-tier topsey turvey yellow butter cake with zebra, cheetah and giraffe print on each tier. Leaves are made with fondant, giraffe spots made with modeling chocolate and cheetah spots are hand painted with edible food coloring.

This is another version of the 2-layer 8" square present cake.

Guitar Cake

This is a half sheet chocolate cake carved  to resemble the body of the guitar. The handle is yellow butter cake baked in the mini loaf pan. Four mini loafs were used to create the handle.

Mickey Mouse Cake and Mini Cakes

Half yellow and half chocolate 1/2 sheet cake cake and 2"x2" mini cakes topped with fondant Mickey Ears.

Sweet Sixteen Cake

3-tier topsey turvey sweet sixteen cake iced in buttercream. Gumpaste #16 topper and stars and fondant stripes. Zebra print hand painted with edible food coloring.

Easter Cupcakes

These are rum cupcakes with a fondant daisy on top.

Condom Cake

2-layer 8" square yellow butter cake with cream cheese icing and condoms attached with royal icing for a Bridal Shower.

Harley Motorcycle Cake

Half sheet yellow cake with Harley Davidson Motorcylce logo on top.

Bible Groom's Cake

This is a half sheet chocolate cake with 2-mix book pan stacked on cake on top.

Ivory and Black Wedding

3-tier cake with two column separators covered with ivory fondant and topped with gumpaste Ivory roses.
